I made my eggs using Jumbo Easter eggs, to fit my Baby Yoshi amigurumi doll pattern. But this egg is easy to customize to a larger or smaller size. I used color changes to make the spots on the egg.

I used Red Heart Super Saver for all my eggs. The colors I used were white, for the background color of all the eggs, and for the foreground colors I used: spring green, red, bubblegum pink, and royal blue, but you can use any color you want.
After making both halves of the egg I sewed both halves together on one side (the plastic egg halves were already broken when I got them -__- but it still worked! I just stitched both halves together with 2 stitches at the back, and hot glued them to both halves of a jumbo plastic Easter egg.
